ne stretch. The driving distance from the E39 to the entrance for the actual 24 hour resting place shall be a maximum of 1 km. The 24 hour resting place shall contain sanitary installations with toilets/showers and charging stations, and it shall have 10-20 parking places. Otherwise, the 24 hour resting place shall fulfil the shall-requirements listed in point 3.1. The 24 hour resting place shall be ready for opening by 01.03.2026 at the latest and it applies for 10 years from the opening hours.
