The assignments are priced for each individual property in Annex B Price Form, but are awarded per geographical area. The areas are defined in the price form. Tenderers must have suitable tools adapted to the assignments at the different properties. The contracting authority is not bound to a specific volume, as changes in the budget and routines can affect the total volume. Buildings/properties can both be added and removed during the contract period.
