The contracting authority would like tenders for the following: Awake night (22.00-08.00) Evenings and nights (16.00-08.00) The 24 hour duty volume on the service will vary throughout the period, from 24 hour, to individual guards at short notice. The security guards will be a part of the total tender for the service and they must be flexible as regards assignments that may be relevant. There will be a department manager/deputy/deputy/guard of responsibility who will at all times prioritise which assignments the tenderer shall carry out. The contracting authority would like security guards to naturally maintain order, as well as their ability to maintain order. The assignment will be in accordance with the Municipal Services Act. The security guards shall facilitate to create trust and mastery for the users in everyday situations, as well as safety for the employees. Personnel needs will be determined along the way with regular agreed dialogue meetings
