durii: The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need to fulfil the private services, which are a part of the municipality ́s total service offer. The municipality is free to choose which form of 24 hour residential offers with the accompanying health and care services the municipality believes is professionally best for each recipient of the services.  In the last four years Elverum municipality has annually had 3-5 recipients of the service. A future extent will be based on any future individual decisions and it is not possible to predict. This is a framework agreement and does not carry any purchasing obligation from the contracting authority. Further descriptions are in the attached requirement specifications.2.1.1.
