where, from 2026, there will be a requirement for reduction of both phosphor, nitrogen and organic matter. The project is referred to as "Cleaner Oslofjord", and is again divided into two sub-projects «Nye Fuglevik Renseanlegg» and «Overføringsanlegg». The part-project «Overføringsanlegget» comprises laying an approx. 15 km long sewage pipeline from Brevik via Kambo and to Fuglevik Treatment Facility. This sea and land pipeline will run in Mossesundet, cross the infrastructure between Moss and Jeløy, and continue out in Værlebukta to Fuglevik RA. It also includes alterations to the current treatment facility at Kambo to a pump station, a new pump station at Brevik and renovation of Møllebakken pump station.
