mited to: purpose-built buildings, residential buildings and management projects. The work will consist of improving/documenting a lack of fire engineering documentation and technical fire clarifications in the existing buildings. The contracting authority reserves the right to use suppliers outside this contract for projects that are under contracts that own the entire project. In addition management projects have a separate architect contract over several disciplines that they reserve the right to use.
