The contract period is from when the contract is signed until 31.12.2040.The operational period is 01.01.2027-31.12.2040. The contract between the Contracting Authority and the Operator will be based on the main principles of a gross contract, which i.a. means that all ticket revenue belongs to the Contracting Authority.
