Total value of the sub-contracts, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. Food is considered to be standard catering/meeting food. A list of food to be offered under each sub-contract is given in the price list, as well as an option to offer further dishes under the same sub-contract. The contracting authority shall be able to procure products from the tenderer ́s other assortment. A contract will be awarded to up to 3 tenderers per sub-contract, apart from "Over-lubricated alternatives" where a contract will be awarded to up to 5 tenderers. The orderer will determine which of the awarded tenderers will be ordered for each call-off. The framework agreement that is signed will be "not exclusive", as the contracting authority has entered into a framework agreement for, among other things, internet based groceries and the procurement of groceries.
