re: This procurement is for a framework agreement with one contractor, for renewing water and sewage pipelines, as well as various other excavation assignments on the existing water and sewage pipeline network. Bergen Vann reserves the right to decide which of our assignments shall be carried out under this framework agreement and which assignments shall be taken on contract/other contracts. The assignments can be located in the water and sewage network in all of Bergen municipality and will not be located at a fixed construction site.
