The tender contest was held as a negotiated procedure in accordance with the prior information notice, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-1 (2). This competition will be hired with a qualification phase (phase 1). All interested suppliers have moglegheit to deliver a dispenser for participating in the competition. All tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirements will be invited to submit a tender (phase 2). All invited tenderers will receive
