In order to ensure good consultancy assistance over several years, the competition is organised so that it will give some degree of flexibility for the contracting authority in the years to come. To safeguard this, Enova would like to enter into a parallel framework agreement for the entire extent, with up to eight competent IT consultancy environments who can contribute to Enova's social mission and can contribute to increasing Enova's competence in digital transformation.
