The aim is to gather and make data available and easily update the status in a common MOM system, so that everyone who has the need gets the necessary overview of future, as well as completed work assignments. The system shall facilitate strategic planning of operations and maintenance of objects and assets. It shall also function as a document archive where all of the history and accompanying information is stored. With a joint MOM system, urban operations, together with its managers, will be able to prioritise within the various areas and facilities that shall be operated. Furthermore, it is a goal that the MOM system shall contribute to defining clear levels and standards for operation in the different areas and sites for which town operations are responsible for operations. A comprehensive description of the needs is in the tender documentation and annexes and SSA-L with annexes. It is a prerequisite that an establi
