ocedurii: The aim of the procurement is to fulfil the municipality's duty, as well as a need, for organising clinical veterinary duty outside ordinary working hours, in accordance with the animal health personnel act ́s provisions. The agreement shall ensure that a satisfactory scheme is established for clinical veterinary duty services within the duty district, so that the necessary veterinary services are available even outside ordinary working hours. The veterinary duty is also a necessary part of the stand-by against severe infectious animal diseases and it is important for maintaining good animal welfare. In order to cover the need for veterinary surgeons in the duty scheme, up to eight contracts will be signed in this competition (four-part duty rota).
