The assignment therefore includes consultancy and work in all relevant phases of the sales process/transaction process, such as: •Preparations, in cooperation with the 'Owner', to determine a suitable strategy for the transaction process•Marketing and preparation of sales materials (presentation materials for use to potential buyers)•Facilitation of computer rooms•Search for and meetings with possible interested parties•Preparation of relevant process materials (process letter, buyer updates, purchaser comparisons, basis for board meetings etc.)•Management of the bid process•Participation in negotiations• Preparation of necessary contracts 'Share procurement contract/contracts'• Implementation of share transfer2.1.1.
