echnology SL (BPT, Spain), as well as SINTEF AS (SINTEF, Norway) as the PYROCO2 project coordinator. Any questions regarding the tender might include consultations with other partners than DTU. The main goal of the project is to demonstrate at scale the biotechnological production of acetone by using hydrogen and carbon dioxide gasses as main feedstocks. The main deliverable of the project is the construction and operation of a demonstrator-scale chemical production facility at Herøya Industrial Park, Porsgrunn, Norway, and demonstration of industrial CO2-based acetone production at TRL7 with an annual production capacity of approx. 300 tons.
