e reason for the cancellation is that the tender documents are not finalized.Since the time elapsed from the pre-qualification to the tender is more than nine months, the Norwegian Defence Material Agency’s (NDMA) assessment is that the conditions for the tender have changed. The war in Ukraine and the accesses to commodities in the world market have changed the marked situation considerably, including cost, lead-time and tenderer interest.NDMA wants to thank the participation in the tender.
