ment is to cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for plumbing services, including materials connected to daily operation and maintenance of the municipality ́s buildings, as well as any changes/entries. The municipality owns, operates, maintains and manages approx. 92,000 m2 buildings. Plumbing services means, among other things, work connected to operation and maintenance, service, installation, troubleshooting and repair work within the discipline of plumbing and sanitary installations, heating installations/heating plants and sprinkler installations. The service shall also include a duty scheme with printing and execution of urgent assignments/damage limitation. The above listed list is not exhaustive. The contract can also include plumbing contracts. All equipment and possible machines necessary for the execution of the assignment shall be included in the service. If there is a need for the use of large machines and scaffolding, etc., this shall be agreed separately with the contracting authority before the execution. The contract is for materials/products for water, sewage, machines and apparatuses and all standard HVAC products, sanitary materials/wet room products etc. The extent of the contracting authority ́s annual need for plumbing services has estimated that nok 1,600,000 excluding VAT per year.
