This means that it is only 1 supplier that can submit tenders for lot 1; Handcuffs with accessories. The consequence is that a real contest is not implemented.The Contracting Authority has conducted a thorough assessment of this problem and has decided that a justifiable reason for cancelling the contest is present. A new tender contest, where inflatable strips are excluded, will be published shortly.The Contracting Authority requests potential tenderers to follow Doffin and also register their interest in the future tender contest.
