The procurement is therefore planned to be divided into two sub-contracts: Subcontract 1: Framework agreement for electronic locks, Subcontract 2: System system for administering electronic locks. The implementation of the new chosen system system shall also be included. The procurement will be carried out as a competitive dialogue.
