Most of the properties consist of approx. 100 schools and 60 nurseries, in addition to nursing homes, administration buildings and sports facilities. The procurement is for a framework agreement for the delivery of inspections, maintenance and repairs of sprinklers and extinguishing systems in the properties that EBE is always responsible for. The property mass is dynamic, so that new buildings can be added to, or removed during the contract period. See Annex 4A price form for an overview of buildings currently managed by EBE, with associated installations. The contract can also, to a smaller extent, include buildings that are managed by other entities in Bergen municipality.
