e owner cannot be identified and charged for the removal of the boat. As long as these boats remain in the fjord areas, this contributes to inconvience for the municipality ́s employees and inhabitants as it regards accessibility and danger of pollution with varying damage potential. The procurement is being made in order to give the Agency for Urban Environment and Oslo Havn KF a contract with a service provider who can carry out assignments involving raising and removing boats where the owner of the boat is not identifiable, or the owner is insolvent to cost the salvage itself. The contract is for assignments involving lifting, removing and disposing of boats to a certified site for destruction/redevelopment. The agreement is geographically limited to the Oslo Fjord within Oslo's municipal borders. The assignments will mainly be connected to situations where the owner of the boat is not identifiable or is insolvent to cost the salvage himself and where there is a risk of pollution. In some cases the assignments can also include removal of boats that shall be stored on land for a period pending clarification with owners, before they are possibly delivered to a certified final reception for clearance and destruction. The assignments that are awarded under the framework agreement can involve one or several of the mentioned eleme
