The equipment shall be fully automatic for complete ABO typing with serum/plasma control, ABO typing without serum/plasma control, separate RhD typing, antibodies screening, phenotyping, DAT and extended settlement. The equipment and reagents shall be in accordance with "Guide to the preparation, use and quality assurance of Blood Components, 21st edition." The publisher: European Committee on Blood Transfusion (CD-P-TS) and have sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility in line with analyses used in the Blood banks per dd.2 instruments shall be purchased and a framework agreement shall be signed for the procurement of equipment specific consumables.
