sp;nuPrincipalele caracteristici ale procedurii: Tenderers shall be able to offer a separate homepage with a large number of different motives that Vinmonopolet ́s shops can order directly from. The greetings cards on the homepage must be in accordance with Vinmonopolet's role as a social actor and motives must be approved by Vinmonopolet centrally before they can be posted on the ordering website. Tenderers must be able to offer greetings cards of various sizes; small cards, large cards, square cards and tags. Tenderers shall receive orders directly from Vinmonopolet ́s shops and then charter to each store. The tender and cooperation system shall be Norwegian.
