This is important for Fjellinjen to succeed in its social mission. This procurement will include both consultancy services and consultancy assignments within IT related projects and assignments. Tenderers shall offer personnel with specialist competence and experience within IT related projects and assignments. Fjellinjen does not want to "outsource" the assignments of the supplier, but get help with self-help. This means that we want continual transfer of competence to internal resources. Fjellinjen is open for the tenderer to provide teams for relevant assignments. It is a prerequisite that the work, mainly, is carried out in the contracting authority ́s premises in the workplace, as directed by the contracting authority.
