A new prison shall be constructed at a high security level at the current prison site in Greenland and 144 prison places will be constructed. It is a prerequisite that buildings are demolished on the Cultural Heritage Management Office ́s yellow list (approx. 20,000 m2) and the preservation of the Stables, the protected Smia and the activity building. The new high-security prison comprises a total of four new buildings of varying sizes and with different functions that shall comply with all requirements for modern Correctional Services. This assignment comprises assistance in the preliminary project phase and consists of preparing the necessary premise documents for their own discipline as a basis for the preliminary project and as a basis for tender documents/contracting. Furthermore, assistance will consist of advising the builder on surveys, mapping and clarifications that are necessary to take down the uncertainty in the project.2.1.1.
