The framework agreement can be used for initial and overall reviews, advice, area planning, engineering design, follow-up in the construction period, construction management, SHA coordinator (designer and executor), project management and responsible applicant in accordance with the Planning and Building Act (and other relevant legislation for the projects). Up to 4 parallel framework agreements will be signed for 2 years with an option for the contracting authority for an extension for 1+1 year, maximum 4 years in total.
