will be the learning from this work that will give this answer. Plans, scopes and milestones can be adjusted based on this learning. The risk if one does not finish lies with the contracting authority. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with up to six tenderers, the total limit for the entire contract is up to NOK 200,000 excluding VAT. NOK 24 million excluding VAT. The work is organised in two phases; limited testing (phase 1) and extended testing (phase 2). In order to achieve testing before June 2025 (ref. the Ministry of Health and Human Services ́s mandate), suppliers who can deliver on this are stimulated.
