o ensure security and to provide services to the users at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (furthermore the Customer) ́s locations at Lindern and Myrens Verksted in Oslo. See Annex 1, the service will mainly include: • Reception, security guard services, exchanges, visitor management and administration of access cards during ordinary working hours from 08:00 to 16:00.• Stationary security guard services and area checks outside ordinary working hours from 16.00 to 08.00.• Response services.• Assistance with extraordinary events and accidents.• Participation in stand-by exercises.
