This service shall include bisulfit conversion of DNA samples, followed by array processing and data generation. In addition, the service provider shall carry out next-generation sequencing (short- or long-read) of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), using Twist Mitochondrial Panel or a better method available at the time. The aim of this procurement is to support ongoing research projects that require high quality DNA methylation and sequencing data.
