Tenders cannot be submitted for individual routes for these four routes. Tenders must be submitted for each pair. Tenders must not be submitted for both pairs. The procurement shall be valid for 3 years, with an option for up to two further years. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer per sub-contract. The same tenderer can have several sections during the agreement period, and can submit tenders for multiple routes in the competition.
