e Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan: Construction of a tank with water capacity of 300 m3 in Zaouit Echeikh.Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the Bank\'s loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:• The tenderer must have an average annual turnover of at least four Million one hundred sixty six thousand six hundred sixty six Morocco Dirhams sixty-seven cents excluding tax (4 166 666,67 MAD), which is the total of mandated payments received for ongoing and/or completed contracts during the last three (03) years (2013-2014-2015).• The minimum amount of cash and/or cash facilities (cash engagement only) net of other contractual commitments which the tenderer must have is: seven hundred fifty thousand Morocco Dirhams (750 000,00 MAD).Experience as prime contractor in the context of at least tw
