f the loan:Supply of assorted equipment for water supply and water treatment management, including the following lots:• Lot 1 – Leak detection equipment• Lot 2 – Laboratory equipment• Lot 3 – Portable ultrasonic meter• Lot 4 – Pipe freezing kit• Lot 5 – Equipment for installation and replacement of pipes• Lot 6 – Assorted special equipment (tools for excavation, maintenance, protective clothing and accessories etc.)Tenders are invited for one or more lots. Each lot must be priced separately. Tenders for more than one lot may offer discounts and such discounts will be considered in the comparison of tenders.Tendering for contracts that are to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country.To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:Experience in at least 2 contracts within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least 24,000 Euro for Lot 2 and 12,000 Euro for Lot 5. In case of participation in both Lot 2 and Lot 5, the threshold is calculated cumulatively.
