uire procurement of the following works, goods and services:– Implementation of SCADA system and installation of frequency regulators;– Rehabilitation of DH networks;– Installation of individual heating sub-stations (\"IHS\") and internal Domestic Hot Water installations;– Development of hydraulic model;– Replacement of turbo generators;– Project Implementation Support;– Corporate Development Support.Tendering for the project is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2014.Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the EBRD will be tendered in accordance with the EBRD\'s Procurement Policies and Rules. The proceeds of the EBRD loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Purchaser\'s country.
