): - The supply and support of at minimum 4 production flash arrays and 1 array for restore testing environment to replace our existing 6 IBM FS9150-9200 arrays - IBM Software - Support and maintenance of supplied software - IBM Hardware - Support and maintenance of supplied hardware. ESB currently has a physical host count of 375 made up of Vmware ESXi, Windows, and RHEL servers running SQL, Oracle, SAP HANA, DB2 and Windows File Cluster workloads. The storage footprint is currently 3PB capacity across 6 Flash arrays, this count may grow within the duration of the contract, currently two of these arrays are being used solely to support ESB Networks systems and the same will be needed for any proposed solution. Vendors must indicate that they are able to provide support directly with OEM.
