The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use this framework for any other business venture or industry body in which it is involved. The IHRB manages the integrity of Irish horse racing at all licenced racecourses, at Point to Points (P2P), along with the licencing and integrity of industry participants which includes carrying out stable yard inspections and out of competition testing. The IHRB is seeking a third party provider for the provision of an IT solution to manage these functions.
