The design team must include the following: • Architectural Services (Design Team Lead) • Structural Engineering Services • Mechanical and Electrical Services • Quantity Surveying Services • Fire Safety Engineering Services • Design Certifier Services • Assigned Certifier Consultancy Services • Disability Access Engineering Services (DAC) • PSDP Consultancy Services The project involves the fit out of a newly built dual warehouse. Warehouse A will be used as a logistical Hub for Dublin Fire Brigade comprising of storage facilities and internal designated areas for the needs and requirements of Dublin Fire Brigade Logistics Department. Warehouse B will be used as the new Fleet maintenance and vehicle workshop comprising of a main workshop floor area with internal and external designated areas for the needs and requirements of Dublin Fire Brigade vehicle maintenance Department. There is also a requirement to complete the fit out of general office areas, receptions and associated break rooms/canteens, conference and meeting rooms, passenger lifts and welfare toilet and shower facilities and all associated works for the needs and requirements of the staff working in the facility.
