In addition, the successful Tenderer will be required to provide strategic advice on issues of graphic design and creative content, delivering advice and assistance to the Authority to achieve the overarching communications objectives of the project. For the avoidance of doubt the Authority requires a Graphic Designer(s) to work on the Authority’s national BusConnects programme on a full-time basis.
