lti-disciplinary engineering consultancy to undertake the necessary detailed designs, construction tender documentation, contract administration, site supervision and Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) role for the Dock Road Improvement Scheme - Upgrade of Atlas Avenue and Courtbrack Avenue Junctions. The scheme has been progressed through Preliminary Design and Part 8 Planning. • This Tender is for consultancy services required for Detailed Design and Procurement, Construction and Implementation and Close-Out and Review as outlined in the Procurement Brief and Scope of Services document and the Instructions to Tenderers. • The Dock Road Improvement Project aims to improve safety, comfort and security for motorists, cyclists, pedestrians along the R510 between Courtbrack Avenue and Atlas Avenue Junctions.
