Textul licitației
tem. The HSE is the Contracting Authority for this public procurement competition on its own behalf and on behalf of all organisations funded by the HSE. This system will • enable digital management of health files and to support safe and efficient scanning, uploading and management of documents. By implementing such a system, we aim to manage document storage, giving timely access to documents for all care providers. • allow remote access to key information to an increasingly mobile workforce and to provide a quicker response time for patient pathways by reducing clinical and administrative time spent on paperwork. • provide forms functionality including the ability to build and maintain forms within the application and to complete and attach forms to a record • ensure enhanced security compared to current paper records, facilitate assurance of regulatory compliance and enhanced auditing and tracking capabilities. • lower carbon emissions of our service and align with the HSE’s Climate Action Strategy 2023-2050. It is envisaged that this new digitalisation would become the default approach for document storage thereby reducing costs, paper waste and ultimately the HSE’s carbon footprint.
