from competent Traffic and Environmental Engineering Consultants for the Hook Head Lighthouse Visitor Experience Upgrade. The project entails briefly: new visitor centre including new interpretive experience/exhibition, new café/restaurant, new event/community space, and new staff welfare, support and maintenance facilities; new car park and all associated site, utilities and treatment infrastructure (new and upgrades to existing), and refurbishment/repurposing of existing lighthouse keepers’ cottages (listed buildings), and other site and buildings rehabilitation and improvements, and any necessary upgrades/improvements to public roads and traffic/transportation measures. The Traffic and Environmental Engineering consultant shall be required to provide (non-exhaustive): traffic and transportation assessments and reports, environmental assessments (AA Screening, EIAR, NIS etc.), and specialist environmental engineering/science design, and the design of any traffic/transportation related Works that may be required to public roads on approach to the site etc. and shall be the lead consultant for the Planning Consent process.Identificatorul procedurii: b3f0a58e-1f0f-4f
