4. The beds spaces are all provided in single rooms with two isolation rooms per floor as per Strategy for the control of Antimicrobial Resistance in Ireland (SARI) guidelines with all necessary ancillary accommodation self-contained on each level. The upper storeys at Level 5 and 6 keep the established building line to create a design that will integrate with the surrounding environs. The accommodation requirements for Levels 5 and 6 have yet to be fully established and these areas shall be shell and core only. A new covered ramped approach to the Level 3 entrance and improved public access as well as site works and roads infrastructure are also included. The Undercroft at level 2 shall accommodate parking visitors and Ambulance and provide accommodation for staff and plant.
