tect Led Design Team Services for the Provision of Social and Affordable Residential Developments (including any associated community facilities) for Dublin City Council for smaller scale projects up to the value of €5 million. Seed project is to be the extension/refurbishment of the existing house and development of adjacent site at no. 32 Camac Park, Inchicore D12AH22. The Framework Agreement will be established for a period of four (4) years, subject to satisfactory annual performance and review, budgetary constraints and government policy.
