Donegal.Descriere: This project focuses on Theme 1 ‘The Historic Core’ and Action 1D which proposes to “improve the functioning of the Main Street/Carnmore Road junction, in order to alleviate traffic congestion; improve safety; and create a pleasant public environment”, and “create A new 'pocket' civic space and attractive public realm scheme”. The delivery of Action 1D as part of the overall An Clochán Liath (Dungloe) Town Centre Regeneration Strategy and Action Plan has the potential to be a best practice exemplar of the regeneration of place and space to create a quality environment for social and economic life in accordance with the Town Centre First Policy.
