e used for Homeless Accommodation for Sligo County CouncilDescriere: Sligo County Council is looking to lease suitable properties for homeless accommodation in Sligo Town, Ballymote, Collooney, Ballisodare and Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo, which is of required standard, accessible by public transport/on foot, for 1 year from September 2024. The assessment of properties and services will be based upon value for money, adherence to accommodation standards and the previous experience of the management service provider. Lot 1 – Supply of Properties for Homeless Accommodation in apartments, houses, hotels, guesthouses, or houses with access to bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry facilities. Some of these facilities may be communal. Own bedrooms must be available for individual families. Some shared kitchen/dining facilities may be considered, as well as shared/communal laundry, outdoor clothes drying, outdoor play/recreation areas. This option is for accommodation providers who are not supplying management services.
