eann. The primary function of the campus is as an operational bus maintenance depot for both companies. The site will remain live throughout the construction period. Bus Atha Cliath (BAC) are seeking to award a construction contract to a suitably qualified main contractor to construct the new Dublin Bus corporate Headquarters (HQ) and Training Centre. It is intended that the contract form will be a PW CF1 contract. There are two main buildings and some other areas may come into scope in adjacent buildings for refurbishment (to be further defined at tender issue stage). • Conversion of Furniture Stores and Unit Stores building into one office accommodation (Headquarters building) with a total floor area of ca. 4,100 m2 on ground and new mezzanine level. • Conversion of Training Centre to accommodate additional training facilities with a proposed additional floor area of 1,100 m2 on ground and new mezzanine level, in addition to the existing training centre area of 500m2 • There may be some other areas/ activities that fall within scope such as ensuring site IT continuity, and small areas of other building refurbishments to accommodate ancillary functions of the organisation, s
