knowledge of Ireland’s equity market. The appointed consultant will be required to deliver a comprehensive, evidence-based research, quantitative report. The report should determine, define and quantify the market supply gaps and suboptimal investment situations described in the report of the findings of the Finance for Scale-ups Working Group. The analysis will inform the implementation of the recommendations presented by the report in particular in relation to the introduction of a suite of Government-backed scaling instruments.
