2025).  The GL Offshore Program (General Liability Offshore) includes:   - Offshore third party liability insurance for all current (in operation phase) and future German and Dutch offshore grid connection systems as currently insured in the Offshore Liability policy - Liability from operating NorNed, Cobra, NordLink and possible future interconnectors are insured under the Onshore liability insurance.  The insurance program shall cover a capacity of EUR 250m and will be structured in a Primary policy (40 Mio. EUR per loss and 80 Mio. EUR in the annual aggregate) and an 1. additional Excess layer (30 Mio. EUR) and an 2. additional Excess layer (40 Mio. EUR). In addition there is one extra layer to cover the property risk (insured limit up to EUR 100m per claim and in the annual aggregate) according to § 17g EnWG.
