The contract is expected to be signed in Q4 2019 subject to successful tendering and confirmation of Bank’s financing.The tender will be carried out in accordance with the EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules (Rev. November 2017), which can be found at https://www.ebrd.com/work-with-us/procurement/policies-and-rules.html.Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank will be subject to the Bank\'s Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from any country.
