The Orderer may suspend the procurement procedure in whole or in part for a genuine and justified reason (The Act on Public Procurement in the Fields of Defence and Security (1531/2011)). No remuneration shall be paid to tenderers for submitting an tender, presentation or other participation in the procedure. The procurement documents are available in English. The application for tenders and their appendices must be written in English. PROCESSING The contract award procedure will progress in the following steps: 1. Publishing the competition 2. Opening the expressions of interest 3. Evaluation the suitability of the expressions of interest. 4. Comparison of expressions of interest that fulfill the requirements of the Call for tenders and its Annexes 5. Selection of 3 tenderers 6. Submitting invitation to tender for tenderers 7.
