Informații generaleInformații suplimentare: We seek a single high precision CNC lathe with Y-axis and rotating tools. A true slanted bed lathe with a single spindle and single saddle is needed for machining experiments. The machine is required to be able to machine workpieces of about 400 mm in diameter and about 700 mm in length. The spindle is required to have about 3000 rpm and enough torsion to machine materials like titanium and Inconel, (about 300 Nm in continuous operation). Feed forces of axis’s need to have enough force as well. Cutting fluid spray through the tool is required. The machine floor footprint should be small, less than 6.4 m2 and maximum length of 3.2 meters and maximum depth of 2 meters. The maximum price of the machine is 240000€ in total, including shipping, installation, tooling and other necessary equipment or utilities.
